Definition
Orchestration is the platform capability that coordinates Implementation Agents carrying out Work Orders within their stated scope. Orchestration organizes dependencies, sequencing, feedback, and review across agents — it is not simply routing tasks to whichever agent is available.
Why It Matters
Good orchestration reduces unnecessary coordination overhead and keeps specialized agents working from the same shared context, rather than duplicating effort or drifting out of sync with one another. Orchestration is a human responsibility exercised through structure — humans remain accountable for objectives, assignment, and approval regardless of how many agents are involved.
